Ive done it but cleaning the mat after can be annoying but other than that i 100 recommend it.

I ve got a quality yoga mat that is all mine but at the end of the day a mat is a mat so if it s in your way as long as you don t have your outdoor boots on be my guest.

Some cool environmentally friendly ones would be nice and not the price of an arm and leg but still good quality.
